OTOPLASTY or Ear Surgery.
Is a form of ear surgery performed to reset disproportionately large or prominent ears to the head. Otoplasty may be performed under local anesthetic which numbs the area around the ears or under general anesthesia (this is better for little children).
The procedure can be done in doctor's office or in an outpatient center. Following surgery, the ears are covered with a bulky dressing, within a few days the dressings are removed. You may be up and about in a day or two following surgery.
 
BREAST IMPLANTS
For many women, breast size is an important part of feeling good, is desirable and is normal. Most women compare themselves to a cultural idea of beauty. Having a Breast Augmentation procedure can greatly improve self-esteem for many woman. Minimal incision Breast Augmentation is performed on an outpatient basis using general anesthesia. Rest is recommended for the first few days following surgery. Most discomfort associated with breast surgery can be controlled with oral medication. Most patients are back to work within the first week. Regular physical activity may be resumed in 4 weeks.

BREAST REDUCTION
Very often, women with usually large, sagging or uneven breasts are dissatisfied with their physical appearance. Some experience pain or discomfort from the sheer weight of their breasts and the pressure of brassiere straps on their shoulders.
A Breast Reduction is usually performed in a hospital or an outpatient surgical setting under general anesthesia. One of the techniques most frequently used is called a brassiere pattern skin reduction.
This technique involves both vertical and horizontal incisions made around the nipple area. After surgery, the patient wears a bandage. These are usually replaced in a just few days with a bra.

MASTOPEXY or Breast Lift
This is a surgical procedure to raise and recontour sagging breasts. In some cases, it can be performed in conjunction with surgery to enlarged the size of the breasts.
Mastopexy typically is performed to lift sagging, loose breasts or breasts that have lost volume and elasticity after childbearing. It also can be used to reduce the size of the areola, the dark pink surrounding the nipple. You may be operated on in an outpatient surgical facility or you may be admitted to a hospital. Mastopexy usually is performed under general anesthesia. After surgery, pain that is controlled easily by medication will subside in a day or two. Within the first week, the dressing will be replaced by a soft bra, which you will be advised to wear for several weeks.
Although you may be up and about in a day or two following surgery, to permit proper healing, you should avoid overhead lifting for three or four weeks.

ABDOMINOPLASTY or Tummy Tuck.
A protuberant abdomen can be a cause of distress for men and women alike. It can be the result of excess fat, weak abdominal muscles, pregnancy or loose skin that has been over-stretched and no longer responds to diet and exercise.
A Tummy Tuck is usually performed in an outpatient facility or in a hospital under general anesthesia.
Bed rest is recommended for the first day. If drains are used, they may remain for 2 to 4 days until discharge fluids decrease. During your recovery, you must refrain from any strenuous activity or lifting. Most patients are back to work in two or three weeks.
